Do You Live Alone?Today, especially in Casta, it is common for a person to live alone. At our age, this brings special problems. This website is instituting a new service to help solve some of these problems.The Murry Senior Center has a telephone calling service where a person can be called on a regular schedule to see if everything is alright. This service is not flexible enough for many of us. Also, a telephone call every morning can be intrusive. This web site is offering a new type of service via email. First, you set up your own schedule in a document of your choosing (like WORD or Excel) and record it with our webmaster. The document can specify that the webmaster receives an email from you daily, every other day or weekly. If the email is not received on schedule, then you are called. If no answer, then a person that you have specified is called. You will be checked upon as often or as seldom as you wish. You can have reminders for property tax, association, insurance payments, etc. You can request acknowledgement or simply the reminder.
